Jessica was born in Cuba, but at 15 moved to a completely new country. Dealing with loneliness and a lack of friends, she had a lot of free time which she started using to draw. Her art teacher saw artistic potential in her and told her she had talent and that maybe she should explore more. Little by little Jessica became more interested in art, becoming a way of expression and how she sees the world around her. Obsessed with animals and small things, she continues to explore the world of art. She is currently a student at Buena Vista University and hopes to continue growing as an artist and learn new things.
